How to pack your items for shipping?
Boxing
Select the correct size container (Box) that is large enough to
accommodate the proper thickness of the cushioning material. Wrap the contents with
assorted protective cushioning materials; bubble wrap, peanuts, and newspapers.
Make sure all sides are fitted with the correct amount of cushioning. This will
prevent the item from moving during transit.
Sealing
Apply at least three stripes of packing tape to the top and bottom sides of the
container using the H taping method. Apply an extra stripe of tape to the top and
bottom edges of the box. When using sealing tape, do not use duct or masking tape.
Labeling
Place the shipping label in a clear pouch or envelope with the recipient's full address on the top visible side of the container (Box). This will avoid any mistakes when shipping and delivering.
